We can work together to find the culprit for our aches & pains, our seemingly random bloating + puffiness, and whatever personal stressors that are affecting our balance.

We’ll work together to troubleshoot any skin issues and come up with an external care regimen as well as internal protocol for maintaining one’s brightest beauty. Skin on the outside of the body reflects the health and well-being of the skin on the inside. Model or otherwise, skin issues can be emotionally challenging to work through. With guidance and planned action, we can develop a new personal standard with grace and ease.
ETC: natural teeth whitening protocol, haircare & natural grooming routines, Nutrition education as a tool to maintain balance, personalized facial treatments.
In the transition from adolescence to adulthood, a healthy relationship to eating is crucial in maintaining our machines. As a model, balanced eating means balanced beauty-- consistency in one’s product. A clean, nutritious, and anti-inflammatory diet allows for luminous and radiant skin, hair and nails. If healthy eating is uncharted territory, we can work together to find foods and ways of eating that is within the individual’s tastes and needs.
ETC: guided shopping trips at Whole Foods, one-on-one healthy cooking lessons, mapping healthy eats around home, education on digestion to aid healthy decision-making, tools in increasing intuition to hear the body’s needs
Often, it takes falling in love with the benefits of regular activity before we understand it’s place in our life. We can work together to find styles of exercise that suit each individual’s preferences and needs. The pumping of the heart clears stale corners of the body and delivers fresh oxygen and nutrients to every cell. Sweating purifies our bodies, enhancing our clarity and radiance. When already slender, it does not take long before regular exercise shows it’s affects on the form. Expect tighter muscles and skin, smoother curves and an elongated spine after only a few days of repeated activity.

Kat is an Artist + Designer living in Lower Manhattan. After studying fashion design at Parsons and working as a commercial fashion designer, Kat took a year to study nutrition and apprentice as a Raw Foods Chef, beginning work as a Health Coach to models at agencies in the city in ‘11.
